Jason Kurtz

Jason Kurtz is Broker-Owner of SLG REAL ESTATE, serving Knoxville and East Tennessee with roots in California and firsthand relocation experience.

A 1996 graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance, Jason brings more than two decades of principal-side acquisition, underwriting, capital-markets and transaction experience. His career has included multifamily acquisitions across multiple states, due diligence, market research, debt and equity procurement, investor relationships, hospitality and nonperforming-note investments.

Today, Jason applies that owner-level perspective to residential buyers, sellers, relocating families and real estate investors. He is known for identifying issues early, solving problems and guiding complex transactions with steady communication and practical strategy. Every client receives experienced, hands-on representation focused on protecting their interests and moving confidently toward the right result.
